“IT IS A USELESS LIFE THAT IS NOT CONSECRATED TO A GREAT IDEAL.
IT IS LIKE A STONE WASTED ON THE FIELD WITHOUT BECOMING A PART OF ANY EDIFICE."
—DR. JOSE RIZAL
The Love of Country Global Ambassadors Program first began with several questions:
1. How can we reconnect Overseas Filipinos back to the Philippines?—Especially Filipinos who have already assimilated in the country they moved to, grew up in, or were born in?
2. How do we awaken Filipino pride and promote Filipino culture globally in order to inspire people to travel and invest in the Philippines?
3. How can we connect Filipinos together within their own communities and beyond borders?
4. And lastly, how can we provide life-changing trips to the Philippines and opportunities to Filipinos of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds and in doing so, transform and fuel the growth and progression of the future of the Philippines?
With the Love of Country Global Ambassadors Program, we believe that you will help solve these urgent issues facing the Philippines.
The Asian Journal Media Group, now on our 27th year in business, is the leading Filipino multimedia agency serving the global Filipino industry. Asian Journal publishes over 7 million weekly community newspapers annually in the USA from California, Nevada, New York, to New Jersey. In addition to this, the Asian Journal also publishes a quarterly magazine that is distributed in 60 countries and 101 cities throughout the World. Complementing these frequent print publications are a variety of digital channels such as AsianJournal.com, BalikbayanMagazine.com, LoveOfCountryPhilippines, to BalikbayanProgram.com.
The Asian Journal has provided their readers with the information they need to make their lives more productive, enjoyable, and inspired.
As an extension of that core mission, the Asian Journal is organizing the Love of Country Global Ambassadors Program which aims to empower, uplift, and inspire Filipinos all around the World of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds.
For almost 3 decades, our corporate principles have never once changed and remain at the heart of everything we do—improve the lives of Filipinos—period. For every nurse that was wrongfully terminated, for every case of the violation of human rights inflicted on Overseas Filipinos, for every personal story of Filipino triumph—we were there—we are there—and we'll always be there.
